HOTEL ELITE

This is a third-class hotel with horrible service and poorly maintained rooms. The washroom seats were broken, and there were no wipers to clean the washroom, even after multiple requests. The staff was completely uncooperative and refused to change the room once assigned. The location was also inconvenient, adding to the frustration. Overall, a terrible experience--definitely not recommended!

Here's a scathing review: *Zero Stars - AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS* I had the misfortune of staying at ELITE recently, and it was an unmitigated disaster. The experience was an absolute nightmare from check-in to check-out. *Non-Functional AC:* The air conditioning in my room didn't work, making the sweltering heat unbearable. *Bathroom Disaster:* The shower was out of order, and the bathroom itself was dirty and poorly maintained. *Other Issues:* - Uncomfortable bed - Poor cleanliness - Unfriendly staff - No amenities *Do Not Stay Here:* I highly recommend avoiding this hotel. The management seems to have given up on providing even basic amenities. Save yourself the trouble and choose another option.

I attended a wedding here the services are poor they don't even give proper respect n response to their customer no bellboy and manager is very ignorant, he talked very badly with guests. Staff is poor no toiletries provided even food was served cold when asked they were not able to refill the food when it was a wedding. All guests were unsatisfied with the management. Third class hotel for holding a wedding there. They charge extra for everything. Please look for other options and never book here. Also i would like to give 0 stars but it doesn't accept so only one star for spacious deluxe rooms.

We stayed there with family. Room size is fine but the bedsheets and other linen were dirty and srained. It looked like they are not washed but just folded and reused. They don't provide any toiletries or slippers.

Hotel is nice but few days back, I booked a room on call than reception gave me confirmation that ok room is booked. When I reached there, male receptionist said to me pls book some other hotel. This is not a good way to deal.

This hotel is located close to the railway station and is convenient. It appears to be bit run down and the fittings appear to be outdated. Bed quality is good and bath fittings are acceptable. I stayed in a suite room which was reasonable spacious. The number of channels they offer in TV here is amazing. The AC switch is located behind the cot and can't be operated unless you move the cot. I found this very difficult and struggles for about 20 minutes to locate the switch. In a city like Ghaziabad, they could have done a better job of maintaining the place well and doing some refurbishing. Restaurant here was reported to be good but was shut down when I stayed. Still they have room service and the food was really nice

You can say ok place to stay, rooms are very congested, I had used one deluxe room window opens to the swage exit line, place is good, located on market place, less parking place in front of hotel, Food quality and quantity is good enough, every time served in hot condition,
