I had an amazing stay at Green palm hotel. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive to every detail. Green Palms Hotel offers a fantastic experience in terms of service, location, and comfort. I stayed here for three days and thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the excellent hospitality provided by the staff. The location is convenient and peaceful, adding to the overall appeal. However, one area that needs improvement is the bathroom facilities, as the sanitary fittings appeared old and showed signs of rust. Addressing this issue would enhance the experience significantly. Despite this, my stay was delightful, and I would recommend it for a pleasant and relaxing visit.

We stayed there for my friend's wedding... The food, service and the rooms are great.. staff is quite helpful.. overall it was a comfortable stay.

I left my mobile charger & belt at hotel,they said to me they have charger,you can collect from us ,but they change my charger with old local charger,this is very cheap thing done by hotel staff ,this was very bad experience with me.

The mall doesn't allow cabs to the hotel, if it does the entry charges are higher than airport. Its extremely inconvenient to move out everytime specifically with luggage or even with a medical condition.

Rooms are spacious and well maintained clean, Service is also good, room for improvement Food is average, strictly vegetarian Location is ok if you have your own vehicle, else be ready for taxi denials, the mall charge 60 rs even for pickup and drop to hotel Other experience - -Noise from other rooms during nights might give difficulty in sleeping which hotel staff unable to handle/maintain -Laundry cost too high for me, eg 600 laundry charge for a sweatshirt costing 1800, it's own due diligence how much can spend - Staff cleans room without your permission to enter, if you have valuables you need to specifically tell them not to enter, else hotel approach is quite casual towards it.

Very bad experience from banquet staff they served the very bad food and food service evev more worst. They have served the used food.
