Very bad experience . The fowl smell started from entering the lift. Very unhygienic atmosphere . The room service was not satisfactory . On ordering tea it was taking more than 20 minutes and several reminders in serving tea in the rooms . The hotel staff was insisting on cash payments and charging 12% excess money on making upi payments .

The hotel is located in such a good locality and the facilities are top notch. We have visited this place many times and the staff is also supportive.

Not at all recommended. No hygiene at the place. Very much money minded hotel. Rooms smell and bedsheets are not at all clean. They demand extra money even though fully paid on online platforms and also check-in never happens on time. Service is pathetic. Most of the 5 stars are fake or bought. please make your own research before booking this place

Avoid this place I had a terrible experience at Hotel Grand Address. The rooms are extremely small, poorly maintained, and dirty. They make promises before payment but fail to deliver on any of them afterward. The receptionist, Neelam Gupta, was exceptionally rude and unprofessional, making the whole experience even worse. The overall vibe of the place is shady and unwelcoming. I strongly recommend staying away from this hotel.

One of the worst hotel that ever I had to stay. First they will demand extra money even if you have fully paid online 1. Rooms stinks in the evening. They put pungent spray if you tell them to suppress the smell. 2. Bed sheets are not changed after room service or once the guest leaves. They are dirty. 3. There are stains on every single place. Walls, bedsheet etc 4. Room service is not at all good. They don't provide clean towel or complimentary water bottle. I had to inform 4 hours then I got water bottle. 5. Power was cut off in the night and they shifted me to different room at 3AM

Extremely bad services ..I request everyone who are looking for event or any function booking.. please DO NOT go with them .. they are not at all professional they will just charge unnecessarily and will be absolutely zero in terms of services .. extremely pathetic..it was a huge mistake of my life.. and all the reviews I can see here they are just super fake

Really polite and caring staff and clean room with a biophilic ambience around the property surpassed my expectations roomd was spacious and cozy

We had booked this place for our guests for an event and faced lot of issues. We had paid double the amount for which it had been listed on online platform so that they could take care of our guests. It was one of the biggest mistake. The room which was shown to us was good but the rest of the rooms which were given to guests were horrible. There are dirty marks on the wall and bed sheets. Towels had black stains on it. Bathroom shower was broken. There is a power cut issue despite they claim they have power back up. Hotel is near to a Nala (or Nala Rd) which connects to Yamuna and rooms stinks especially in the evening and night.
