FabHotel Prime Cloud 9

My stay at this hotel was a complete disaster. We got our room very late, and to make things worse, there was no hot water. Despite knowing about the issue, they still assigned us that room. After complaining, we were given another room, which was just as bad -- most light bulbs didn't work, the bed was broken, the curtains had cigarette burns, the fan was filthy, and the towels were dirty. There were no complimentary water bottles either; everything came with an extra charge. The service has gone downhill drastically compared to my previous visits. The worst part was the constant harassment about check-out. We got our room around 2:30 PM, but the next day at exactly 11 AM, staff started banging on the door, repeatedly asking when we were leaving. Even after telling them several times that we needed just 20 more minutes, different staff members kept asking the same question over and over. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away if you value basic comfort and decent service!

Been to this place during my check-in process at fab hotel prime cloud 9 Palace. Ambience, taste of coffee, presentation everything was absolutely perfect. It's a great place not only to sit alone and sip coffee but also to have rendezvous with your guests.

Management issues, no planning, nothing is organised, Washrooms are great but with cockroach roaming , Rooms are great but with dirty floor , beds are great but they never change the bedsheets , Minus 10 star for kitchen and breakfast

Outside hotel is good but the hotel staff is very rude rooms are not clean . I have booked a room and my payment already done but the hotel is giving me the extra payout infact chek in time is not confirm. I suggest you guys dont book at this hotel.

The rooms were really badly maintained. Rooms were allotted in a different hotel under the name of FabPrime9. Google reviews scared us !! The hotel was exactly the way other comments are seen on google for the other hotel. Horrible & Pathetic experience. Would not recommend anyone to choose this stay here. The location of hotel wont match in actuals.

Wrong information was provided by the customer support team - Ms. Supriya. Misguided us about early check in. We had shortlisted a hotel but she suggested another one named Roseman hotel in Vaishali. When we reached the hotel we were told that we can only have early check in if we pay another rs500. When we tried to talk to Ms. Supriya about the same thing she didn't pick up the call. We were given a room at 16th floor, the lift took forever to come to the ground floor. Once we reached the 16th floor we were told the allotted room has been given to someone else. Another room was given on 10th floor, on reaching there same statement was repeated that the allotted room has been given to someone else. Finally we were given a room on 12th floor. God knows how does such brands work with such leniency. Highly disappointed.

Room and location are good but out side food not entered in hotel so that very high price of foods.
