Please do not book this hotel at any cost. booked 5 rooms in one month advance, suddenly programme got changed, we requested either to cancel booking on 50-50 loss or adjust on 2 rooms. but the have no humanity. they are cheater. neither they are ready to refund 50 percent nor to adjust amount and booking for 2 rooms. afterall business runs on flexible behaviour. very disappointed

Pathetic experience Unprofessional behaviour...they contiously call you after you check out as well for payment which was not added before due to there own staff error. Washroom was not good. There was long waiting time for room service. I would not recommend anyone to make a stay over there. Better you can find other good stays in same rate. Moreover they charge much more as per there service.

Worst hotel..honestly will not recommend anyone to stay here..the staff misbehaved with us and was extremely disrespectful..plus even the facilities they provide are pathetic..Extremely disappointed with the quality of service..

I would have rated this a big zero only because of the manager that didn't knew how to manage. They have one of the worst hospitality even I would say that they are not professional. Their manager Swati(I guess), she talks like big fish of hospitality however work as thieves. We booked their place for couple of days 14 rooms(1st floor) however even after follow up the place was not ready for Guests even after the discussed timing. They did not return our full money as well even after all this. Suggest you guys to not go for this place otherwise you may spoil your function.

I must say the hospitality of the staff and manager is at top notch. I arranged a social family function for 30 guests and the arrangement was very good and the function went very well. The food is amazing and the staff are very politle and helpful. I would like to thank you their manager Sneha and staff Anshu for their efforts.

This place is a very good for staying we staying there 2 days 3 nights so as per our openion its a very nice place and staff behavior was very supporting. There food quality was delicious. Over all we give five rating.

Staff was super helpful and wonderful rooms

I would seriously be rating it as 0. Very bad experience of living there. Rooms were booked 1month prior but rooms were not ready till date, washrooms were so horrible ,locks of the doors were not working, service was so bad, food was justt so so bad. Manager(Swati) was so rude she didn't know how to manage the hotel. I would suggest everyone to please not to visit here if you are planning to stay here.
