This place is a complete scam--100% fraud. I had an extremely terrible experience. Right after we checked out, the staff at the reception, along with a bouncer, deliberately sent two men into our room while we were still at the front desk. Ten minutes later, they came out and one of them falsely claimed to be a plumber. They accused me of breaking the bathroom jet spray, which was a complete lie--the jet wasn't even broken, it just had a minor pre-existing leak. Despite this, the bouncer aggressively misbehaved and forcibly extorted 500 from us. It was late at night and we were left with no choice but to pay, even though we hadn't used the jet at all. This was pure harassment and extortion. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very bad experience. We hosted our function where we booked rooms and halls. Worst experience and complete waste of money. 1- Bad quality rooms 2 - smelly washrooms 3 they will show good rooms but give the worst ones 4- very unhygienic kitchen - just check out the basement where food is prepared 5 - go to floors 1,2,3,4 from the loft. It's a horror. It is ruins 6 People are smoking in the building which is a nuisance 7- Very bad management. Harish in particular who was fighting with everyone in our function. Was making sudden demands for money when everything was already paid 8 - Harish fought with everyone in our function after getting DRUNK 9 - He also threatened us and pushed people around If you are trying to do a function here, pls don't. It would be a hassle for you. You will go unhappy, your guests will go unhappy

I have attended a marriage function here on the 6th floor, food was average, although 6th floor where we have function was ok, the air conditioning was very chilled the heavy air flow comes directly on you, feeling eye dryness and after sometime wanted to come out from the banquet, other then the whole place stinks very badly, only 2 lifts to go to 5th and 6th floor banquets, you have to wait a lot to go to your function area, since lift taking time so decided to go by stairs the entire building feels like horror and abundant place, though there were lights on the stairs that was relief else one can feel horror experience, basement parking was very dirty and smell very badly though there was valet parking but wanted to park on my own.

Good spacious rooms, a bit far from market Its more of a banquet then hotel so expect services a bit low You have to pay rent in advance

Cunning staff. The management team is very unorganised. They had initially promised to give 30 rooms even if we don't book their banquet, but then next day when we went to finalise a new person in management declined. They all have a lot of micommunication. Take everything in writing if you are planning to book anything here. They love wasting your time

The room service is very poor, staff are arogant, don't know how to deal with customer, no proper maintenance. Very bad experience. I will not suggest any one to organise any event there.

They are just operating to take your valuable money for waste service by luring you. I will suggest to never go there even for emergency scenario.
