OYO Raj Hotel And Restaurant

LIFE THREATENING STAY AT OYO Sharing my real experience at this hotel below: This was most unclean and unsafe hotel; I had stayed in my entire lifetime. Few direct examples are below: * There were cobweb in the room: * rooms and toilets were unclean, even previous guest used soaps, shampoo was inside the toilet * dustbins were full of items * Bedsheet was used and had full of hair and other stains. *Etc etc....I cannot imagine again about this as it is too painful to remember... I had asked multiple times on the cleanliness to the hotel staff (there was only one person for the entire property) and he was claiming that it is all clean and neat. Here I had to stay at this hotel/property due to CPHI exhibition in Greater Noida and no hotel was available at that area... 2. Further to add on next day morning(30th Nov), there was no water in Bathroom and I had to walk down find the only hotel staff for them to switch on the motor to get water for basic use. 3. In toilet, while taking bath I was electrocuted, as the bathroom tap had some fault with the geyser. When informed to staff, they were very casual and told that they will get this fixed later. It looks like thy knew this faulty prior and still handed over the room. 4. The AC did not have a remote and had a cardboard partition (kept the cover the remaining space with all gaps). and has no level of security. 5. There were tapes, paints on walls, doors etc which looked not cleaned for ages. 6. This room allocated to me was facing the container yard. There was constant movement of heavy trucks, honking and loading and unloading sounds equivalent to a war zone. 7. Also, the room was full of mosquitos which even was an addition to this all. Not sure if I will get malaria/ dengue due to lack of cleanliness on property and surrounding areas. 8. The hotel staff was repeating asking for payment even after providing the printed copy of booking confirmation to them with payment confirmation and seems like a total mismanaged property. 9. Also not sure, how this property is mentioned with Restaurant, as I was only able to find a small unhygienic shed next to the hotel where they were preparing and then serving food for the guest to rooms. Overall, I was in a thought that I will not survive the next day and had the full sleep hangover and health issue related to this suffering due to stay and tortures faced at this property. I am still surprised how OYO had really qualified this Hotel under the OYO property with all the worst infrastructure, unhygienic and lack of service. Is there a periodic inspection to ensure the property is worth for stay?? Also to add to my surprise, how this rooms can be INR 9852/- per night and fooling customer by discount and trapping them to pay INR 3441 and falling prey to this property.

They charge much more than the price shown on google map or on oyo.Because there is no oyo around, so they take advantage of your helplessness.There was hair in the blanket and it was also dirty. Somebody used the blanket and gave it without cleaning it.

This hotel is a good The money for the room is the same as it should be normal, the staff is also fine, I liked it a lot and the check-in process is also correct

Hotel was found locked upon visiting even booking it 2 days earlier, have to suffer a lot in midnight hours, Don't book this in emergency, service and oyo will let you down
