Worst Experience Ever! I recently visited Uncha Gaon Fort, and I must say it was a complete disaster. The property is completely unmaintained, and it seems like no one has bothered to take care of it for years. The rooms were dirty, and the overall ambiance was depressing. But the worst part was the staff. They were completely uncooperative and unfriendly. It was like they didn't want us to be there. When we asked for basic amenities, they seemed put off and unhelpful and said some amenities like pool table etc. belongs to owner only. The fort's condition and the staff's behavior made our stay utterly unpleasant. I would not recommend Uncha Gaon Fort to anyone. If you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay, avoid this place at all costs.

The location of the property is surrounded by Mango farms, in the interiors of UP. A great example of preserving heritage in its original form. They have kept it rustic and no fancy things added, but still have provided every possible amenity in the rooms. The washrooms are also very well made and maintained. Rooms are really very spacious, so is the entire property. Food is outstanding and the boys in the restaurant are very helpful and friendly. One of the best places to spend your weekend near Delhi

A great place to unwind with family. The resort is just 2 hours from Delhi and well connected. Its a heritage property so don't expect a fancy stay. The people hosting you are very friendly and come with local touch. Rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable. We got a chance to visit the Ganga bank and sight the Dolphins, It was a worthwhile experience. By far this place is one of the best weekend getaways near Delhi.

We visited Unchagaon Fort for a one-day trip to celebrate our anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience worth every penny. The fort has a lovely vintage charm, with its antique furniture, beautifully designed rooms, and a warm, historical vibe. At the same time, it offers all the modern amenities to keep you comfortable. The food included in our stay was delicious, with a variety of dishes that we really enjoyed. The fort also offers a lot of fun activities. We loved the bullock cart ride, sitting by the bonfire under the stars, and trying out pottery. These experiences added a fun and rustic touch to our trip. The museum inside the fort was fascinating and gave us a sense of its rich history. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly and that we felt welcome. For couples looking for a unique and relaxing getaway with a mix of history, comfort, and fun activities, Unchagaon Fort is an excellent choice. We left with fond memories and look forward to visiting again!

Experience was bad. I had visited this property 20 years back and from then to now it has deteriorated in services and property infrastructure. This property now needs massive renovation. Everyone at the property had a very laid back attitude and not concerned with customer satisfaction and service. I planned one night with my family but seeing the condition of the property we decided not to stay even though we had paid for the rooms. We were served hi tea in dirty cups and the tea pot was filthy. Dinner was average so considering the rest of the experience not much to comment. I will never recommend this property to anyone. The Mango Tree resort in the same area has better rooms, amenities and services. This property was a downer.

The drive up to the Fort was stunning. It's such a beautiful building and has so much charisma and charm. |We didn't get to look around the gardens properly due to it getting dark. We had a walk to see the pool, which appeared a lovely area. |The interior of the hotel has lots of historical artefacts and is interesting to look around. |Our room was on the second floor and overlooked the front of the hotel. |The room itself was filthy & the beds were extremely uncomfortable. |The bathroom was horrendous, and there was a foul smell (not of sewerage). Two of our group refused to have a shower, and I kept my sliders on while showering. |Due to the un cleanliness of our bedroom & bathroom, we decided not to have any breakfast the following morning as we were put off. |We walked into the restaurant to tell them that we weren't going to eat and there was no staff around. I walked into what I believed was the kitchen & it was filthy. |There was nobody in the office to tell of our concerns. We came across 3 polite men who worked there who assisted us with our cases. |Maybe it was just our room. |The building has so much potential and needs some tlc|

Fort Unchagaon, near Garhmukteshwar, has the potential to be a wonderful getaway -- the property is undeniably beautiful with a regal charm. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The place is poorly maintained and lacked even basic cleanliness. The rooms and common areas felt neglected, and the overall upkeep was disappointing. Despite advertising itself as dog-friendly, we were restricted from taking our pet to several areas, which was frustrating and misleading. The high tea was another letdown -- just a few pakoras, and even those weren't tasty. The swimming pool was dirty and clearly not maintained, making it unusable. This place earns 1 star solely for the aesthetic potential of the property. With better management and upkeep, it could be something special -- but as of now, I wouldn't recommend it.

Everything was perfect with food and ambience , rooms, and evening program but we missed TV in the room. We suggest to install TV with no Set top box as everything is online and digital today so who ever want to watch any thing then they will connect with phone hotspot and configure whatever they want to watch.
