Hotel Lee Grand

I prebooked this hotel paying full advance payment through goibibo seeing the reviews , rating and photos.. I reached there at 2:30 pm but the hotel was booked for wedding. So they dont had any room left. I had a toddler with me. So I needed a place to stay. They provided a room in skylark hotel. This was the start of a nightmare as there tv was not working, geyser was not working, Ac was not working. They don't had a facility for warm water. No electric kettle. No Cleaniess in room. My toddler was continuously crying and I had to leave that place after 1 hr of trying to calm my baby. Lee grand's staffs are good, food is good. But they should have not taken the booking if they don't had rooms.

This place has good food, locality, but their staff must have to be more professional. Overall experience not bad.

Overrated not a fair price they removed all the tents very early should improve and decrease price overall I won't recommend

Service is not upto basic standards, rooms are dirty as well, not recommended

I recently had my stay there , room are pretty clean and spacious , staff is professional. Highly recommend

I stayed here with my wife for a night while travelling through this highway . The property has polite and trained staff, good rooms and decent food options . They have a very popular restaurant and a banquet hall too. The location is very good as it is adjacent to the highway and has ample free parking space.

Very strange and pathetic where staff is showing attitude and threatening to do whatever do .. no facilities available... Phone not working...the person available in the counter is a trending customer... photo upload

Very nice and comfortable and on road in a better location
