this is the photo of their costliest room. for 2 days the toilet was not flushing. we kept calling housekeeping, no one fixed. taps were leaking. bed bugs, my daughter was scared. sleep on the street than on this hotel if you have to. it is not even 0.0003 star hotel.

The staff of this hotel is very rude, they refused to have tea, the service here is very bad, do not book any place. Don't book any venue, it is really dirty and the staff here misbehaves even more.

Much better than expectations. I stayed with my family for 2 days. I didn't expect so much neat and clean well maintained hotel in a medium city like Firozabad. Its location is great. Hotel staff is courteous. Bathrooms are hygienic. They also provided electric kettle for making tea .We didn't took food, I can't say anything about food but rates seemed high.
