OYO Hotel Four Seasons

It was very necessary for me take a hotel for that day otherwise it was horrible experience for me to check-in that hotel. The owner was not happy with oyo (I could not understand the reason), showing too many tantrums in giving room. Room was just OK with too high iron bed. The great thing was that the guest was not allowed to set AC temperature as the remote was kept by owner not even given to the front desk fellow. In the room there was nothing like drinking water and any drinking water glass (guest has to manage it himself). The owner asking for extra money saying that he earn nothing through Oyo booking.

Terrible experience. Booked 4 rooms in advance through OYO but the hotel staff & manager at night denied to provide rooms saying that there is no availability of rooms whereas the full hotel was empty and not occupied by anyone. At Night 10:00 such denial to a family with small children, shows lack of humanity and their greed towards money.

Very very horrible experience...The hotel manager refused to provide the room at 11pm on night as i have booked 3 day before the visiting day. He demanded more then 3times money that i have booked the room. The hotel manager told that he woundn't beleive in OYO company.. I request all the people who read this feedback that please don't ever believe in OYO company. I have contacted that time to the OYO customer support but even there didn't do anything.

Very nice hotel and having nice staffs best service in this area. This hotel has luxurious rooms . I request to all who read this feedback please visit this hotel

Just super The experience was wonderful right from checkin to checkout Staff is friendly cordial and courteous Extremely clean and hygienic Overall a very good experience ,all are perfect
