Gunjan Resort

We had evening tea and snacks at resort facility .it was fabulous snacks Nd ultimate ginger tea. Clean toilets . A perfect place for a mid highway break spot when you are travelling Delhi to kanpur.

Now a days travel from Delhi to Kanpur or Lucknow is made easy due to Yamuna expressway. If one wants to travel to east by road then from Noida to Kanpur this hotel seems to be the only Quality Hotel we found. Easy to access ( on the Highway). Rooms are quite decent and on top of that Attitude of staff as well as the food was very good. Good means from taste as well as Hygiene & Healthy point of view especially for the business travelers.

For me whenever we travel to Lucknow from Noida we always stop here for breakfast. My wife and kid always wait for this restaurant because this is the only decent hotel which I find in NH 2.||||Pros -||||1. Hygienic food and tasty food (I love poori sabji here)||2. Reasonable price||3. On request they had made chapatis for my little kid||4. Petrol Pump and ATM in the vicinity||5. Newly build separate washroom for male and female||6. Large place with good staff ||||Cons -||||I don't think so as what can you expect on Highway more than that.

Gunjan Resort is actually located at Sirsaganj, after you cross Firozabad from Agra side towards Kanpur Lucknow. The food quality is very good. It serves Vegetarian food. There is no other restaurant on this 200 km+ stretch. Must stop for highway travelers, clean toilets and clean sitting area. Prices are average and on lesser side. Shall visit again soon.

The resort is mostly known for family restaurant. This is a decent place if you want to kill your hunger on the highway. You can go with family, as local crowd doesn't interrupt here. I wont suggest stay here, as it might be disappointment for you. However they have a well maintained ground just behind the restaurant, where you can spend some time.

We were looking for a lunch place for a driving group of about 50-60 and a friend suggested this place. |Went there to have a look and booked lunch. |On the day of the lunch, with a group of 60 for 14 different states of India and 15 foreign nationals we landed here. |By the end of lunch, the praises were just pouring in. What an apt Indian lunch. Everything well cooked and served hot. Less spicy!!|Definitely a lunch/meal stop by if you're on this highway

we stopped to have something on our way to agra from kanpur . even though we reached before 12:00 they said that they cannot serve tea as its lunchtime now... then we ordered something else and even though when we dint get it after 20 min. I went to one of the staff member and asked about it ..and then the wonderful reply came... staff member : " your drivers left because we could not serve tea thats why we did not proceed with your second order " that got me furious and then we left.. plz don't go there as they will not even talk to you properly

While on way back to delhi made a stop over for lunch at this resort located on N.H.2 in sirsaganj....The property is nice and we'll maintained..restaurant it self is good and service too is fast....Staff is courteous and smiling. ...behind the restaurant there is sprawling green lawns...food quality is good |Over all nice experience |||
