I recently stayed at SS Grands Hotel, and it was an incredible experience!Ideal for both tourists and business travelers. Room: The "deluxe suite"was spacious, well-decorated, and spotlessly clean. This hotel made the stay extra comfortable. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive. The hotel offers best facilities to customers.They serve delicious food with a variety of options. Value of Money :Absolutely worth it! The quality of service and comfort exceeded expectations. I stayed in this hotel for 4 days for an official visit. Since it's on national highway it's easy to reach. The hotel has great interiors and ambience. The atmosphere is very soothing, welcoming and tension free. Rooms are good with all required setup so you can enjoy your sleep. The linen/bedsheet was changed everyday,along with cleaning. Staff is well mannered and soft spoken. In my stay I got to meet the owners, very down to earth and hospitable people. This is a very good place to stay.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. The conditions were completely unacceptable. The rooms, beds, and bathrooms were filthy and unsanitary. The floors were sticky, and there were no complimentary amenities provided. I was even charged for bottled water. My experience was very negative, and I strongly recommend that others avoid staying at this hotel. A lodge would be a more suitable option.

The worst, we checked in around 10pm and the receptionist was drunk and passed out, the security guard had to try for half an hour to wake him up, the rooms booked was actually ac deluxe rooms but the ac in the room was not working. The rooms stinked of gutka and cigarettes. The room floors were sticky, and walls were covered in gutka (spit around the bottom ). The bathroom sink was clogged with gutka and some other debris, the toilet seat had gutka stains, and the drain was covered in the same as well. The room had so much mosquito that it was literally impossible to sleep. All in all the worst experience I have had through out UP, have had much better experiences in even more remote parts of UP traveling down from the Nepal border on our car. I hope this review helps anyone who is booking this by accident. Go for a roadside dabha (better value for money than this)

I am writing my review for my recent stay in this hotel while I was travelling back from kumbh on 21st Feb .. The hotel owner is just sitting with the mindset of making money charging 2500 for a very bad room..They are charging money for giving a complimentary water...not providing basic amenities in the room ...tea was asked which was told us for Rs 30 where I would give Rs 5 for a 30 ml tea...staff behavious is tremendously bad...they are just making money..a big no for this hotel

there rooms are too clean .and good hotel management and there location is pretty good alot of market to buy anything .and they have good parking facilities.
