Ramadian Hotel Fatehpur

Stayed overnight on 12 Jan. What a terrible experience it was! The phone wasn't working, so you can't ask for housekeeping. There was no hot water and no heater! Is that an AC Hotel? The corridors were dirty, there was water logging in the washroom. Actually, nothing was right. Most unprofessional.

The welcoming nature was utterly nonexistent. Despite claims of excellent treatment, the reality was a dismal disappointment. Our room lacked basic amenities - no heater, no hot water in the bathroom. The lift was filthy, curtains were stained and bed sheets were far from clean. The hospitality was abysmal, making this the worst experience I've ever had. The hotel's subpar services and unhygienic conditions are a stark contrast to their lofty claims. Our stay was a disaster. The hotel's 'excellent treatment' claim was a farce.

Very comfortable stay... Decent and helpful staff.... Excellent response to the queries before booking by Mr. Gupta and Mr.Danish. Enjoyed delicious food.... Great experience.

Our experience is amazing with ramadian hotel .....clean room..with all required stuff.....services on your one call....in your room 24/7..my kid drinks milk overnight...nd they served 4 to 5 times fresh.... Milk.... whole night....and we also ordered dinner...which hv homely taste..so delicious...well behaved nd mannered staff......always ready to help....nd i book my room from delhi ..nd from booking to checkout.. a staff member named danish ...helped alot...so overall experience at this place is amazing....

Had to stay one night there, bathrooms stinks, service worst, and prices comparatively high, infact costly. The only thing good was the look of the building from outside.

This restaurant is one of the worst restaurant I have been to...the staff seemed creepy..as they would not stop staring. And the food was disgusting especially the white sauce pasta me and my friends had.

Food quality was average/Ok but management is highly questionable for their operations. A little more focus will help improving the reputation. No RO water... Packaged drinking bottles very small in size (market rates of INR 6/-) but highly priced... Representing lack of market intelligence.. staff forgets order every time... Wait time is too high. Overall laziness can be understood by one simple example that menu terms conditions have even basic English language errors... It can be made in Hindi to avoid such embarrassments... These can be improved by little intervention.
