Very polite and cooperative staff with near and clean rooms with all basic amenities in working condition.

Hotel is located near railway station, it's a nice hotel seems like newly built (may be 2-3 years old). Rooms are spacious for two persons (anyway they are not allowing more then two persons in one room). There isn't any window in the middle rooms only rooms which are at front and back are having windows.

Pathetic service... Specially staff behavior is just worse. Owner of this hotel is lier and start fighting to the customer. Food is expensive & tasteless. Not recommend to anyone to stay here.

Can't really recommend this place. It's lacking customer service big time. Bed sheets and towels with stains on it. Rooms looks spacious and all but considering the customer service it's not worth the value. We were there in a group of 10+ people and a double room only contains one towel despite requesting several time for another towel it never was brought. We had used their hall for one day and we were charged extra for another day which we never used it for anything. As we were getting late to go to the next destination we didn't have much time to discuss on this issue. Not sure of this is greedy or they just took advantage of foreigners! Not recommending this place at all. Out of all my travel experiences and reviews on google this is my more likely very first one star negative review.

I am not happy with this hotel services. They not provide the service as promised on before booking. They not professionals and staff behaviour is very bad owner is also cheated you. 1.Lighting & Decoration is less and poor. (Curtains ki jagah balloon laga die). 2.Stage condition is very very poor (tuta-futa) 3.Starter food provided less, false promises before on booking. 4.Only 2 staff boy provide, but before booking they said 5-6staff boy will provide you. 5.Food quality is average. 6.Very bad service and overcharged. I am not recommended this hotel & very very bad service, quality of hall/stage and staff. Overall bad experience.

I'm too much happy to this hotel 's staff and it's services. Rooms and bathroom are neat and clean .parking area is available here

In this hotel room was covered with dust, Foul smell of Seelan in every room, Washrooms are not clean. Poor services and High charges. Torn bedsheet and towel were provided. I Will not recommend any one to stay here.

Very bad behavior stuff and dirty rooms Very let service and This hotel's stuff also talks about snatching mobile money from customers and demands high charges and extra charges.
