Hotel Diplomat

Rooms filled with mosquitoes; cockroaches, pillows and blankets were dirty. The bathroom was neat and clean. The mattress was wide enough to occupy two people. The air conditioning was good.

Its near to bus stand, walking distance. Easy you can get the bus or any transport.

Hotel was nice and service was good with reasonable rate, food was excellent

Visited during family tour during Kumbh, hotel staff were asking for 8k for a unhygienic rooms.

Very dirty Hotel service is very poor also staff talking manner is very bad......

The behaviour of Staff is very bad , they don't bother about there customer. They think that they have Monopoly of business. My request them to all that plz learn some etiquette and manners and also be a man of words . tqsm

Very horrible experience. Initially their manager was denying the room mentioning the fact that all rooms got occupied. He was lying tomme for the inquiris that I asked, dont know the reason. Next day when I checked out, I forgot my iphone charger and when I again requested them to give my charger back their manager mentioned that charger wasnt found there while I clearly remembered that I somehow left in hotel room only. I wont recommend this hotel to anyone as if you forget your personal belongings then you are not going to get it back anyhow. Their staff is like thief

Extremely overpriced, if two people stand in the room it's crowded. So, claustrophobic people, maybe leave it. Staff is polite but the services are bad. Windows do not have locks, it can be accessed and opened from outside. Their response to no-lock-windows was "but no one entered and you didn't have any issue". This is when two girls are staying. No sense of responsibility. Room's door was jammed and had to call reception even to get in or out of the room and they still didn't care to fix it after complaining. Food might or might not give you diarrhea.
