Mine was a regular business trip in the Fatehgarh district. Had booked the best possible room in the hotel which is called super deluxe, but it was below standards. Also I forgot to carry my iPhone charger next to my bed in the plug and I did not received any call from the hotel that i have missed any belongings . Within 24hr when I called them, they denied straight away. Please be cautious if you are planning to stay at this hotel.

Extremely disappointed with the hotel staff's behavior. I ordered breakfast, but it never arrived despite waiting for over an hour. When I approached the reception, the hotel manager failed to acknowledge my concerns or apologize for the inconvenience. The lack of accountability and poor customer service has left a sour taste. Unfortunately, I will not be staying at this hotel again and would advise others to think twice before booking."

Earlier food used to be good. But now a days restaurant is worst. They mostly serve preserved or cool food, restaurant staff is arrogant, when complain about anything they start shouting. There is no complaint number, so that the owner can be informed.

Great food at reasonable price, Infact I had been to this place number of times and they never disappointed me, worth visiting if you are anywhere near this place.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is polite and supportive. Hotel is having pure veg restaurant. Smoking and liquor is strictly prohibited.

loved the way they treated us. Big size ventilated and clean room. Services are good as per charges.

Review for Restaurant only - - Ambience is good. - Clean Restaurant. - Staff is good - Chinese Food was average, not too yummy. Tried two items ( Crispy corn and Veg noodles with Gravy Manchurian) : Found them to be average and too much food colour was used in every food. - Will try chole bhature next time ( available in morning only)

We absolutely loved the chefs menu! The dishes are delicious and the staff make you feel right at home as you enjoy Indian cuisine with beautiful soothing environment. Families get together are awsm here. Best m best in town.
