Please trust me and dont book ths place for stay. Very Poor service. Only 2 staff in entire Hotel who are unable to do proper service. I was forced to stay for 3 nights because of my corporate tie up and it was non refundable. Whole Hotel gave a feeling of Haunted Place. Poor quality of bed sheets where stains are clearly visible and broken taps are there . No wifi , no television available. When I checked out and boarded my cab, driver was shocked and told me that he thought that this Hotel is closed why I have chosen such a Haunted and Pathetic Hotel, I was speechless and moved on.

Pathetic experience, neither the rooms were good nor the hotel, washrooms had no proper flush and access to water , really dissatisfied. Bed sheets and room was literally very dirty and disgusting, I had to think twice before going to bed. Don't come to this hotel, fungus and molds everywhere inside the room ..

This is terrible hotel. They have extremely poor quality of food and service. They speak sweet but end up spoiling your occasion such as marriage function. Charges are high. They don't allow caterors from ourside.

The rooms were stinky, the floors had mold, the beds were dirty and the basic amenities like the soap bottles had mold growing on them. The toilet had not enough water pressure.

One can get better option in same prise , Hotel resturant was sninking we skipped our paid breakfast. Rooms are good in size but needs a renovation . Bathrooms are not clean and flush are not in working condition . No tooth brush or tooth paste no soap . Even the phone in room was not working if you need any thing you have to walk down. This was the worst ever hotel I have visited.

Worst experience in my life time & beg anyone who really reads the review & book this, I request you not to book. Service is at the peak of its worst stage, they don't give even a bottle of water without asking & waiting for 45 minutes. Food is terrible, over priced & qtty is like for a begger. Owner & her attitude is at the peak again like their service. She even don't bother to respond, I came here to spend a good weekend with my family even buying a deluxe room with over priced, spoiled my night, had booked for 2 nights & have cancelled one night & moved. For the first time in my past 24 years of travelling experience, for the first time I waited to check out at the earliest & did it too. Being a Sunday also we woke up early & moved from here early. I hope this message will reach the management & they improve, but till then pls do not come here

would have given negetaive or zero 0 reviews if it were there. worst hotel in agra as far as service is concerned. dont get fooled by the hotel looks. room service is absolutely pathetic. rooms are very old school types with no water heaters, no shower head, no wifi, no credit card acceptability for payments.

The whole hotel vibe was so scary and weird. there were only two people in the entire hotel at the reception. the whole hotel had very dim lights it was so shady even the corridors seem like a haunted hotel. the hotel staff and the hotel itself didn't feel safe. the rooms were so so normal not atall worth 4k. and at that very moment i changed my hotel by cancelling this one.
