The Holly Hotels - 3 Star Hotel in Agra

We were 22 peoples of group which has been alloted to 6 rooms. Staff is very polite and kind. Rooms are good, only issue with the hot water,. Bathrooms needs to be maintained. Food taste and quality is very nice..Overall good experience.

Service wise really very poor. I visited here with my family. I informed the reception 4-5 times about cleaning the washroom which was really dirty just after we checked in, but no one came. The handles of door and cupboard are faulty. The door lock doesn't open properly. Next day after we returned in the evening, there was no electricity for long. A really poor experience. Won't recommend at all.

It's a very good hotel, it's near the highway, the cleanliness is very good, the bathroom staff behavior is very good, they talks you like friends I would advise all those people who come to Agra and plan to stay there to definitely stay at this hotel, as the price here is very low compared to other hotels.

I am not happy while staying here. I will list down pros and cons below, Pros- hotel canteen is good. They provide tasty meals. Cons- latches was broken, While using washroom we were getting electric shock from anything we touch. Which was very risky for family members. Staff turned off gyser without asking customers. I saw each and every tenets was shouting at reception for water issue, AC issue. They have unplugged landline phone so that you won't be able to connect to reception for any queries. Suggestion- try to avoid booking this hotel. And it is not 3 star hotel.

Rooms are not well maintained. Not having a 24 hr hot water facility. Not worthy of room rent. First check online rates. Rates directly offered by them are quite high as compared to online rates. Not have restaurant. They provide rental car on demand for sightseeing.

It is not 03 star hotel Worst experience of my life . If you want to stay in agra I really recommend don't stay in this ridiculous hotel . Hum rat 11:30 baje pahunche and I was suffering from fever I asked there staff very politely please give me warm water but they ignored me I explained them ki meri tabiyat theek nahi hai please garam pani de do than there chapri receptionist said tabiyat theek nhi rahti to apni cattle leke chalna chaiye.. staff is very rude and they really ignore your concerns. Agr aap visit kar rahe hain agr to is bakwas 03 star hotel mein to mat hi rukna..

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
