Royal Akshay hotel & restaurant

Poor food quality, unclean bathrooms, unfriendly staff behaviour, even the owner is very rude, I never recommend this hotel to anyone

Very bad services they provide. Worst food. Worst rooms, staff behaviour is also very bad

Its perfect for dine out....calm n peace enviroment better to go with people unless u want to feel super alone....its a bit more quiet place but though fantastic for taste and inner surrounding

The property is easily accessible. Ambience is good. Being Sunday, there was rush at 9.00 pm. We were lucky to get a table relatively quickly. This was meant for five. As we were six, they put one additional chair. We ordered Tomato soup. This was good, but a bit sour for my taste. |They provided packaged water. I would have liked them to ask us for our options. Though that's not a big deal. We ordered Dal Amritsari, Veg Jaipuri , Diwani Veg Handi and Tandoori roti ( bread ). Dal Amritsari was delicious , Veg Jaipuri was fine , but Diwani veg handi was not particularly tasty. The latter had brown gravy, and sweet salty taste, akin to Chinese cuisines. May be the steward was unable to guide us about the dish. So partly the lack of appeal was because of unexpected sweet- salty taste. Any way, we did finish the dish. |Here two items are worth mention- the Tandoori roti was very tasty , crisp yet easy to chew, with inherent sort of sweetness of good quality wheat. Another item was Vinegar Onions. They were nicely soaked, yet not over soaked. I found them more tasty than most other places I had occasion to dine. |Hygiene of the place was nicely maintained. The staff was polite and responsive. The level of noise generated by the diners could be less. Though echo like effect of the place could be partly to blame. |The rates were fair for a place like this. All in all we found it a decent eating place.

I usually used resturent and i feel this resturent over price as per the quality of food served by them. They are using cold drink CAN in place of bottles so that u don't have any option apart from this.

Actually I visited this place for dinner on my wife's birthday celebration. But their tandoor is not ready at 7 PM so we decided to take away. We ordered kadhai paneer and dal makhni and it was pathetic in taste. Don't go with their reviews rating. Also it's situated at very crowded locality.

Today I tried your Thali, It was nice but rasgulla was burnt from downside and please add some sugar syrup with rasgulla, there should be extra salt for taste and packing was good but while unpacking it was critical to remove polythin from the plate, if it's possible than add a cap on the plate. Else everything was good. Rayta was perfect.

all type of paneer's gravy same. taste of food was not even average. I think they should change their name to royal akshay dhaba. Dont go there if u want to eat quality food. last but not least if u want to eat good naan then you can go there only thing which i liked was naan.. sitting facility is also good.. but we go restaurant for good food first and food is not good here..
