Hotel Mohan Palace

Very bad experience at Hotel Mohan Palace, Farukhabad. Electricity was gone the whole night and there was no generator backup at all. Tried contacting the staff multiple times but got no response. The management was completely unhelpful and irresponsible. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs

I am not sure why room has 4.3 rating as it does not deserve more than 3. I booked hotel after the owner showed me the photo of the room when they were newly constructed and I mentioned multiple times that we want out rooms to be clean. That was the only demand and for that reason I booked their premium room. - The floor of the room was dirty - Bed cover and pillow was not clean - Walls were chipping off - TV was not working - When we entered hotel nobody opened the main gate and we told owner that we are 2 mins away - Toilet seat was clean but flush was not working - Washroom bucket was the worst And you can see in the pictures I shared which is of Premium Room. You should not lie to your customers and I paid 2240 for 7 hours of stay.

Nice hotel and good stay

I was on a business trip in the city. When checked in I found the bedsheet and the pillow cover tored. They changed it after three complaints. Rooms are spacious rooms, House keeping is another issue I found. I had continental plan but they gave me two slices of bread and tea only. They focus on the function more than room guests. Location is good as it is at walking distance from the railway station. The only good thing I found that front desk employees were cooperative. Overall I will give 3 numbers to the property.

The Hotel Management behaviour is really good they are available all time to help you It was the one of the greatest hotel in Berhampur ,the hotel staffs are very professional

Last week we have been to Farrukhabad and Fatehgarh and stayed in Hotel Mohan Palace.This hotel is really nice and best part is on walking distance from Farrukhabad railway station. The outlook itself gives an impressive feeling. The ambience is very good, rooms size is good with every amenities. There is sufficient place for marriage ceremony, birthday party, kitty party, official meetings and every sort of functions. The restaurant area is also very good and the quality of food is really good and tasty. Overall a very good experience with every sort of satisfaction.
