Every staff member I interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely eager to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Nice comfortable and cosy room. Housekeeping uis excellent. The person on the 5th floor kept the room really well. All the reception persons (Rashmi, Ashu, Bhaskar, Vanishka & Yogesh) were very nice. The toiletries were nice and of the standard of Radisson. The best was the 'rbg' restaurant. The people, the place, the food, the taste - all superb. We were helped by Arijit and his team. The Head Chef Kamlesh Chef was very responsive and friendly. His watch over the food and guests kept the place live. All other persons led by Naveenwere very good. I am mentioning more nqmes here as they were all very courteous and prompt on serving: Piyush, Vikas, Vivek, Aditi, Rahul, Narendra, Vishnu, Deepak, Raj Kumar, Souray and Harish - thanks.

Food was delicious. Service in RBG was good. especially Rajkumar's hospitality was very good.|Hotel is located in a decent location. Not too far from airport and not too far from city. Overall amenities not bad. My room and floor had a pungent smell, mostly from AC, the front desk fixed it. Service overall is good.. cleanliness could be a little better for Radisson standards.

Rooms were good but the readiness of rooms could possibly have been better! The washroom kit was not adequately supplied! However, otherwise the ambience and service was really good. Had a good breakfast with cooperative staff. Abhishek was the one serving us and I was really happy with his service! He was prompt and was regularly checking on us for anything that we might have needed!

Fantastic experience everything was marvellous. Really enjoyed our time at breakfast. Arijit was really good. Team was constantly coming and checking if you require anything else plenty of options to choose from the best part was they had satvik food without onion and garlic as well which was a requirement of my mother.

Comfortable hotel in Ayodhya, is currently the best there is. Staff is warm and welcoming. Shubham at the front desk and Abhijit in the restaurant were especially helpful. Food was great. Chef prepared low spice food for us. Breakfast was a good spread.
