Poorly maintained rooms. Their non ac rooms are feel like heat chamber as not single window available either in room or AC. Charged 1200 for non ac room and bed-sheet and drawer is not cleaned properly i have to approach them at 11 p.m to change it. They also not provided shop and water bottle and when i approach them he handed me shampoo and ask me to bath using clinic plus shampoo. Our relative book hall and at night ac stopped working. Will not advice to waste money here

Hotel was good with nice party halll and with sufficient space and the floors where are o concrete that was the main par which I don't like because use the concrete garden are not too good as compared to the lawn. The quality of the hotel rooms are little bit good and provided with the AC but the class of the AC aur quality was not good and then incharge or manager or I can say the head were not too honest because they take all the money e and promise us with their facility but they don't give that they used to cutoff the lights so in the summer days it was a bad experience with too much of swets. So I suggest not to go go and this type of hotels because they are not honest with their facilities

I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel is situated in the heart of Etawah and is extremely well maintained. The rooms were excellent and so was the room service. The front desk executive was extremely helpful.Room was clean and equipped with good quantities of tea satches and water bottles. Homely feeling Hotel. Best of Luck team HCP.

I was There For Two Days and I Feel Very Good And Happy Nice Place To Visit. Delicious Food. Nice Room Service. AC Rooms With TV but Not All Channels Good Bathroom. And Smart Lock Room. Energy Efficient Room Lock Key. But Sometimes Light Problem. But By The Way It's Superb Place To Visit And Stay With Family.... Love .

Poorly maintained however good staff behaviour. Rooms and ambiance needs.a lot of improvement.. good parking space.

Very bad management. Lift doesn't work. Many lights were fused. After many complaints changed only 1. Only their rooms are good... But management is poor.

Room was ok. People say this is the best hotel in etawah. We stayed here for two days. Firstly in one of our rooms most of the things were broken. The door knob was broken. The sink was broken. In one room hot water was coming. In other there was no hot water. Most of the time the light was not there. And if you wanted to watch tv or start ac you had to request the room service and then they would start it from below and the you could watch. Now coming to room service it was most pathetic. The worst. It took almost 3 hours for our food to arrive everything from breakfast, lunch and dinner. Even when we wnated water we had to call room service 3-4 times and then they sent water. Worst experience ever.

They were looting people charging 1000 rupees for non ac rooms , they were looting poor students at the UPPET exam time .Even tea was for 25 .
