Absolutely Terrible Service! We stopped at this restaurant during our journey for some food, and these people gave us stale food. Even after complaining about the food, there was no response from the manager, he was only concerned about the payment of the food we ordered. We ordered a few dishes and each one tasted old and inedible. When we brought this up to the server, they were completely unresponsive and refused to acknowledge their mistake. They didn't even offer to bring us fresh food or make any kind of compensation. To make matters worse, the service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. The server was uninterested in our experience and didn't seem to care that we were unhappy with the quality of the food. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The stale food and poor service make it a complete waste of time and money. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else where the food is fresh and the staff is willing to take responsibility for their mistakes. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We went to stay and attend a wedding. For wedding the resort is fine. But the hotel rooms were not clean. There were 1-2 mice roaming inside the rooms. The bedsheet and pillow covers seemed like they haven't been changed since long. The food was terrible. Power got cut very often, and the geyser and switch boards were not working in few of the rooms we stayed. There were flies everywhere you sit. We went as a 10-member group, and everyone had a terrible experience there. I hope they understand that people just need cleanliness where they stay and pay you and you just mess up.

I am reviewing based on weddings attended in this resort. I am not reviewing hotel part of it. I am not sure how good are rooms but rooms on banquet side are not that great. Garden areas are big. Parking is huge. But it is outside city. So if you don't have problem being in outskirts of city then you can use it for wedding.

Food was very nice but staff was not managed well. All the staff were focusing on the big table and other customers were watching them for their turn. Also service was very slow.

Swastik Garden is a large property. Very well maintained. A large hall where you can have a proper party or conference. Now for a large gathering there is ample space. Multiple spacious rooms in case you want to stay. Don't worry about food, they have a restaurant. There is ample parking space too.

Soo cheppu and bed services for all time and he has no staff for anytime very bad service and to bad staff we recmand to all people don't come on this oye hotel
