From start tents were broken and torn very untidy then we had booked a 3 premium rooms No light in corridors and actual animal shits in stairs Then avoiding that all three tea kettles were broken all three commodes were stuck with one member shit bed sheets were torn also water was leaking in all washrooms as were and so many mosquitoes in rooms and washrooms.... Nothing was like shown here worst stay Property not maintained. It is better to book 500 fare Dharamshala rather than spending on this property.

Exorbitantly priced for a very pathetic stay. The walls of the room were all damped and smelled bad. Washroom was ugly and constantly emitted odour from sewage. When we asked them to clean the washroom, their staff had left for the day. Were charged 4700 for the room and 1300 for extra mattress. All this to sleep in a foul smelling room with mosquitoes and super noisy fan that could fall at anytime . Will NOT recommend this place to anyone ever. Please spare yourself and find some other property. Such properties should be reported to consumer forum for exploiting tourists. See pics for more details.

Terrible Experience - Fraudulent and Mismanagement Our stay at this resort was a nightmare from start to finish. They promised pick-up and drop-off service but never provided it. They gave us a room initially, but later assigned it to someone else without informing us. When we requested a refund, they did not return our money properly and completely cheated us. The management is dishonest, unprofessional, and irresponsible. This place is a scam, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid it. Do not trust their false promises!

Excellent property for staying amazing experience almost Fifteen time I m visited this resort.. Also very space for kids zone....

Worst experience...no wifi facility, worst cleaning services of room and washroom...even terrible, mismanagement staff, over it all...they hike up the cost of a room by double charges very suddenly with no facility.

Very bad experience please don't stay here very dirty rooms, staff behaviour was not good very bed smell in bathroom and dust and smell everywhere.

House keeping staaf is freindly and quite good but ... reception is not polite and arguing very much ...that resort is exist becouse of only general manager and house keeping staff ....
