Room service is very bad. I stay every month in 20 days in Hotel Room landline is not working After 4 calls and 1 hours they provide me food menu and forget to serve my 1 order . Pathetic service faced 2nd time in this hotel .

Very pathetic service in menu for breakfast buffet only 2 items is there parantha and poha that too they cant provide in proper time Tea finished in thermoflask but no one to look They get disturbed on the gathering of 15 to 20 people Very dissatisfied and disappointed

I've visited Sweet Chilly, the restaurant at Hotel Parth Residency, multiple times (around 7-8 visits), and while it's been a good experience in the past, this visit left me quite disappointed. Starting with the positives: the ambiance at Sweet Chilly is warm and inviting, with a pleasant setup that makes for a comfortable dining experience. The staff is polite and attentive, which adds to the overall charm of the place. Now, onto the main part--the food. Their main course is genuinely impressive, especially the paneer dishes. The flavors are spot-on and probably some of the best you'll find in Deoria. If you're just here for the main course, you'll likely leave satisfied. However, today's experience wasn't as great overall. We decided to try a few other items--tea, coffee, sandwiches, and garlic bread--and I was really let down. The flavors were far below expectations, and the coffee, in particular, was disappointing. Thankfully, the paneer tikka saved the day with its taste, but everything else simply didn't measure up. Another thing they need to work on is the menu itself. Many items we wanted to try weren't available, which really limited our options and was a bit frustrating. If you're planning to visit, my advice is: stick to the main course and avoid experimenting with other dishes. Sweet Chilly has potential, but they need to refine the rest of their menu to match the quality of their main offerings.
