Hotel BlueStone

Today I checkin in hotel and the my genuine reaction is wow because such a terrible hotel in this price range I prefer a road side 3rd class hotel instead of this Never suggest anyone to thing about this hotel My tariff plan is super deluxe which i have to pay 3100 rupees in that plan they didn't even give a clean room When I ask for towel hotel staff provided me a towel which is already damage and so used. If there is any option in rating section where I give negative rating then I choose that one

I had a very disappointing stay at Hotel Blue Stone. Right from check-in, the staff was unprofessional and even had the audacity to ask for extra cash on top of the booking amount -- completely unacceptable and shady behavior. The food was another disaster -- I actually found stones in my meal. Completely ruined my appetite and raised serious concerns about hygiene and safety. As if that wasn't enough, the bathroom in my room was broken -- leaking fixtures, poor drainage, and an overall disgusting state. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away!

Extremely disappointing stay. The hotel was unhygienic, staff were unprofessional, and they demanded extra cash. The AC and WiFi didn't work, the bathroom was filthy, and it felt unsafe for female guests. Not recommended.

The entire staff were kind, courteous, and incredibly experienced, making sure every detail was taken care of. The venue was stunning, the decorations were impeccable, and the food was absolutely delicious! Every aspect of the event was meticulously planned and executed, exceeding our expectations. Very pathetic service on the way I booked my hotel they said for 2000 now they charged 2800 for the same after that I asked them for food they said you will get after that I didn't get the food too

Hotel Blue Stone is one of the worst hotels in Deoria. Neither the quality of food is good nor the rooms are good. The rooms are dirty. The service order is very slow and the quality is poor. According to Prince, it is the worst hotel. The staff behaviour is very bad.
