We arrived late on February 22, 2024. Check-in was quick since we had a pre-booked room. The attendant showed us to our room. We were hungry and asked about dinner, but they said the hotel didn't have a kitchen or restaurant. On our request the room attendant called someone over phone and said he could get us simple food which we accepted. The food however was nice and tasty. Our room was clean and spacious, but we felt it was overpriced. The bathroom was clean, but lacked toiletries. We didn't get breakfast the next morning which was expected and no one was there at the front desk to answer our queries. What makes this hotel a top choice is undoubtedly its location, directly facing Ram Ghat and situated close to the Mandakini River and temples. It has a large ground-floor parking lot, and appeared wheelchair accessible. They accept various payment methods besides cash. The hotel also has a large dormitory for group visitors to Chitrakoot. Despite its excellent location, we had an overall mixed experience at this hotel.

This place is right in front of Ghat, one of the points of attraction in Chitrakoot. The property was brand new. We enjoyed our stay as all the rooms and bathrooms were clean and well maintained. They have their own covered parking with 24*7 security. Goggle doesn't list their contact details so I am adding the picture of their visiting card.

Good hotel for stay at chitrakoot, walking distance from Ramghat, good view from some rooms. Rates are negotiable dedicated covered parking.

Unprofessional staff, no concern for people's life. Doesn't maintain basic safety standards. We were stuck in the lift with kids and elderly family members having asthama for more than 40 mins, but they couldn't open the gates. They even did not have the emergency key for the lift nor the technician or manager were available. We were about to get suffocated and die in there but they were not ready to break open the gates. When we threatened them of police complaint then they procured the key from some other hotel and opened the gates. Even after this they were not apologetic for the situation and said that it is normal. People please beware of such people and hotel and advise not to book here and risk your lives.

Worst Experience Shortage of water for 3 hrs in hotel And Most Worst part is there Staff Non cooperative Staff Arogant staff Never seen this type of staff Hotel owner should change there Staff otherwise he will face many problems in running hotel

The ambiance is elegant, the staff is attentive, and the cuisine is diverse and delicious. Rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. Highly recommended for both dining and accommodation needs.
