Pleasent stay. Radha Krishna temple is beautiful. Food is pure veg and good. Room service need some improvement. Overall good place to stay.

Location: This place is far from everything. You need to hire an e-rikshaw for everything. There is no shop, ATM, restaurant or any place of interest within 1 km. Most important places are 5-10 kms away. It is in a secluded corner of Vrindavan away from all noise and activity. Rooms: Size of the room is sufficient. A/C & geyser was working. But overall cleanliness and maintenance of this place is very poor. They don't have housekeeping except after you check-out. The blanket is not washed. Linens are just about ok. No towels. Restaurant: Fixed menu. They prepared simple breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food was tasty. Service by the staff of restaurant was good. However, we spotted few mice in the kitchen. Cleaning staff: They don't like if you ask them to clean a room or corridor. They will either do half-hearted cleaning or won't clean at all. Parking: There is space for 4-5 cars. Additional points: There was renovation in progress in April 2024 that worsened the issue with cleanliness. All corridors were full of dust. They have lift. There is an attached temple. Disruption in power & water supplies are common. Generator back-up powers lights and fans and comes on instantly. Please keep a bucket filled all the time for emergency.

I have stayed there with my family. Location is good but their service is really bad. In the next morning there is no water in the entire hotel and no one is in the hotel to take care of that. Never stay there. Room Charges - Rs. 1200

Rooms are good spacious and clean. Location is somewhat remote to main street. Food is very tasty without garlic and onion. Good place to stay.

No , kitchen but the manager arranges meals in nearby. Rooms are clean and neat. Rates are comparatively cheaper. Outside garden is also well-maintained.

you would see security gaurd is the decision maker there. felt that he has some kind of target or something that he would put all his efforts to take money from you by putting unnecessary charges. with that he dont even know how to talk. drinking water is an issue. rooms are specious. manager is fine. enviornment around is good if you are not having a word with their security gaurd.

AC rooms are available.It would have been better if they have heaters instead of AC because it's too cold here...
