Most worst experience in vrindavan BE CAREFULL before you book this hotel/godown no service is available even there is not a smiple water bottle no room service they are also not cleaning the stuffs and room in daily basis they are very irresponsible and making people fool as the videos shows some thing different and the place seems to be very different the name is shown Vrinda's resort But the actual name is jai santoshi dham And in a day the electricity problem is must so please be aware from such scammers most poor service by the staff of 3 person

Small rooms installed in 40feet cargo containers. When AC is working the whole bed and walls vibrate. No electric backup. Tap water tasted like SEA WATER. BROKEN door knobs and broken bathroom locks. Mosquitoes and bugs EVERYWHERE. JUST DON'T GO HERE if you don't want to ruin your vacation. I had to book a room LOCALLY since I needed urgent stay. Please DON'T spend your money for an unpleasant stay.

Bed is cozy and rooms are clean however washroom were unhygienic, shower was not working properly, No drainage pipe in wash basin.. The worst part was water that was so salty and stinky.. Electricity issue is a major drawback.. Over all I won't suggest to stay

Worst Stay experience. Wanted to have good sleep for tomorrow's Vrindavan darshan. Was very tired already. And they turned my sleep into a nightmare. Whole night electricity was gone. Generator was started only for few minutes. They charged 1000 for 1 night. Doesn't deserve even 100 rupees. Staff behaviour and service both were pathetic.

It's a potto cabin not hotel that also one divided into two. No space..bathroom leaking and water flow to room. More insects in room. Our two room no AC working. We asked them for refund they not given staff told u do want you want. If book this you will be in hell. Don't know how to included such hotel in their list. We lost our 4800 rupees and one day . ..

Most third class room, water coming from bathroom to room and serious problem of electricity. Nobody choose this hotel

Nice Hotel to stay . Location is superb convenient for transportation. Nearby Vaishnodevi Temple

Very poor in all ways. 1st it's not room portacabins and small. Owner & staff behavior not good. Leakage from the bathroom to bed room. Electricity problem. Police checked and catching people from this hotel. I changed rooms even though money was lost.Not recommnedeed at all..
