OYO 12065 Hotel Raj Palace

It is 28 km from Mathura, on the Mathura - Delhi highway (NH-2) near Sanskriti University. This hotel is easy to reach and this is the reason that they are having high price value without any facilities. The room was not up to the mark and was stinking and the washroom was pathetic. Their price for a one-night stay is 1500/- without wifi and their food prices are reaching the sky. Although the service is good but facilities and prices are high.

Bathroom are absolutely disgusting. I just sleept there and leave didn't brush my teeth or shower there. 1500rp per night without wifi is really overpriced

Firstly, i booked 2 rooms of this hotel from OYO. But on check-in hotel denied to give rooms and said since u have booked hotel from oyo so we will not provide room to u. Instead u had to pay cash directly in to the hotel. Anyone can imagine my situation at that time. I then cancelled my booking from oyo and ask the hotel staff to now book my hotel directly. These cheaters now demanded 1.5 time more rate from me for the same rooms. No wi-fi facility, rooms were stinking, below ordinary romms. Then I decided not to book rooms here and I went ahead and book rooms at Sukhdev Dhaba, which has the same facility in rooms with much cheaper rates

Staff is unorganized. Rest under good supervision can work fine... Table service is too late... Gulshan No 1. Don't expect it to be murthal Panipat...

Very Nice Hotel Good Rooms,Big Parking Space Staff Very Cooperative & Good Food Quality With Reasonable Rates.

This hotel is situatd at a god location. When you are tired of driving you can stay here.

Never book this hotel via oyo because they will ask you to cancel first if you have done online payment. They will not give you room until you pay them cash.

Worsted Experience You Can't wait their Otherwise You have to go out from this place. Very Bad experience from Owner end.
