Very in professional and Unethical staffs. Make sure to clarify the extra bed charges and pay it while checking in. The charges they told me was 500 per extra bed but charged me 1000 bucks while checking out. They even denied it. They're fooling their regular customers. The lady at the reception was so very arrogant.

Very unfortunate stay there They are not giving any bills as they are charging more then there actual price for kumbh. Behavior of that lady receptionist is too cheap and intolerable. But if you stuck there and didn't have any option what can you do. Food quality was to low as compared with pricing. Also they didn't have sufficient staff at hotel. I noticed that only two persons were at restaurant and kitchen who are cooking as well surving as well issuing bills as well cleaning.

Never stay here over charged, they charge us 6000 for one night stay just because it was peak time and no service was given even after paying 6k we have to purchase the water bottle and drink they can't even give complimentary for travelers. More over that the kitchen is in 2nd floor and the exhaust is making so much noise that it is very uncomfortable and we are not able to sleep. Very poor service.

Very bad service all food products princ is very high but not give products on time, waiter is saying after taking order it will come in 20 mnt but 1hr cross only 1 product will come if tell why you getting late they will reply make cancel order. One lady manager is there she is very waste fellow very bad service or bad behaviour

This hotel is very good. And Mata Vindhyavasini Dham is located at a distance of only 3 to 4 kilometers from here.

Excellent food and service. Nice spacious rooms. Prompt service. Must visit
