From Team Cyclothon (SANGRAM 1857)..The stay was very comfortable..and the dining hall was very clean and impressive...the food was less oily and tasty everyone in our team loved it..The behaviour of staff was good and calm they served with a smile and a positive attitude

The staff is very unsupportive and unprofessional. The ac was not working. The food quality was average. Service and maintenance was bad.

WAIT !! If you want to book this place for your booking this review is for you. Have attended lots of functions recently and was highly disappointed by their foods and service. The preparations are totally tasteless and I have experienced this every time and your guests will be highly unsatisfied. The snacks and starters are not refilled once the dinner gets started this is one of the major drawbacks. The Roti are cut in four pieces which is again not seen anywhere else. This hotel seems to be engaged in cost cutting practices. The AC doesn't work properly in the banquet hall which is again a red flag. They don't allow outside catering and will charge you around 700 to 900 rs per plate and at last there is no guarantee of your satisfaction. Rest all is good, Hotel management needs to work on these issues.

Booked this place for wedding event . Best place for gathering of 500 people's .
