Behavior of staff before payment is very polite and after payment they show their colour between party they stop AC and DJ They spoil all the program due to their foolishness So I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY ONE OTHERWISE AMBIANCE IS GOOD

I had a reception worst experience. Completely unprofessional behavior of staff. Very rude behavior managers they ruined my reception in front of my guest all guest were very disappointed. They misbehaved my guest I feel very sorry to invite them at this hotel. They only want money as you they get it they forgot about you and your function what ever happened. Don't have behavior to talk to respect customers. I waste my more than Lakh of rupee as my guest was disappointed on these guys behavior. Spoiled everything never forget.

Staff behaviour not good at all... They stopped dj and ac in between the party..
