Everyday new menu with Coventional Breakfast (Bread, butter, jam, eggs, sandwiches), Indian (poha, chole bhature, alu paratha, ...), South Indian(idli sambhar, utappa,...), fruits, tea/coffee. Must try : Alu paratha, Chole bhature, poha.| **** Staff : Very friendly staff. You will find them eager to help. Food at their restaurant is good. We had breakfast and ordered meals from room service and we found them very good. Very close to the Hotel are many local food joints.| **** Room Type : We stayed in their Club Rooms with Breakfast included.| **** Location: Close to Charbagh Railway station and Metro (so no dearth of transport). Very refreshing to visit the Hanuman Gadi Mandir of Lucknow in the morning (which is just a few meters from the Hotel). | **** Destination for Parties : Though located in a narrow road (a few meters in from the main road) we have seen many parties being held there in the evening| |Had a Great Stay!!

The room was very clean and the food was really great.The staff was cooperative. Best place to stay with family. There is always a man posted at the main entrance for security. Cctvs are present in the corridors and the common areas. The rooms are quite warm during winter. I stayed at the hotel with my wife and I had a pleasant stay.

All the major sight seeing places and shopping hubs within a radius of 15-20 mins auto ride.|2. Neat and Clean rooms|3. All amenities in the room and bathroom in working condition e.g. 24 hr hot water from geyser, TV, intercom etc.|4. Top notch professional staff services|5. The best part has been their food - taste and quality of their dishes has been awesome; has wide variety of menu items. Lot of local people not staying at the hotel also avail their restaurant services or order food.|6. Decent variety of buffet breakfast options; few items keep on changing everyday but their buffet items are entirely veg. One needs to order non-veg item separately |7. Has a nice park cum gym facility in the neighborhood well maintained by the municipality ||CONs :|1. They have a tie-up with a travel service for availing car or auto services. If you show interest and connect with the travel agency, they will stalk and call you unless you take their services - prices are reasonable though

We stayed here for just one day , but staff were so friendly, clean rooms .... Even the restaurant present in the hotel had some really delicious food ... Highly recommend this place

Although the rooms are acceptable, the hotel policies are unreasonable and irrelevant. Despite advance booking for early check-in, rooms were not provided, leaving guests waiting without any service. The service quality is poor, and the food is subpar. The only advantage is proximity to the railway station, but the surrounding area is dirty and poorly maintained. Considering the rates charged, there are much better options available.

Stayed in the hotel for a day while visiting Ayodhya, Lucknow, Prayagraj, and Varanasi trip. The hotel is within 2 km from the Charbagh railway station. The hotel is located in a bylane connected to the main road. The room was clean and tidy. The check-in and checkout process was breeze. Good location within the city.

We really had a wonderful stay. The rooms were clean and tidy. I would really like to thank event manager Harleen for paying attention to all the details and giving valuable inputs during the planning phase. All the events went hassle free because of proper coordination and communication ever since the booking was done. The entire staff was very cooperative and obliged to some last minute requests as well.

It's my first experience in this hotel affordable price room is neat and clean .food quality is also very good.Room services are also very good Really loved this hotel
