HOTEL GULMOHAR PLAZA BY AUROVILLE ENT

Unprofessional lady in reception day shift only. After staying 9 days requested for 3/4 hours late check-out due to delay my scheduled train but she denied and behaviour was rude and demanded for half of room tarif which is Rs.1350. Rest all staffs are very cooperative rooms are new and clean tasty food. I will never book this hotel again. As you can see previous customers review they replied only top rated reviewers now you can imagine management response how they treat with their guests.

It's just few kilometers from varanasi, far from the noise, a new building with parking and security. But staff management is little concerning, i got stained sheets in response they said they are out of sheets so i changed my room but the other room was full of mosquitos, but they arranged mosquito repellent after that. Otherwise Price was justified by the property but the food section personally i felt bit expensive.

Our stay was truly unforgettable thanks to the exceptional service delicious food and stunning ambiance,If you are a fan of Allo ka Paratha this hotel is a must visit their version is truly exceptional......I wanted to extend my stay but unfortunately all the rooms are sold out

I had organised a function here a few days ago. My guests were insulted by the hotel's general manager Mr. Saqib and the lunch menu was not complete. The manager's behaviour was not professional at all. I wanted to organise another function here but after that incident I will never organise any function here and will not recommend others to organise functions here...It was the worst experience for me and all my guests.

Excellent response by Front office manager Sweta Gupta.. She has addressed my all concerns very promptly and ensure comfort stay for me. Need improvement and similar attitude of service in other cleaning and kitchen staffs.

One of the best experience and the amenities are awesome,value for money hotel and the staffs were too polite and cooperative. Mr. Rajnish (GM) and Mr. Ajit( captain ) were very cooperative and they will make you stay very comfortable. So thanks and I wish them all the best and everyone must visit the hotel if they travel in mugalsharai

There was a party here two-three days ago which was a very bad experience for me. The general manager here did not manage it well. I did not like it at all.
