Extremely disappointing. The rooms were in poor condition, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. There was dust everywhere, and the room smelled unpleasant. The bathroom was also dirty, and the facilities weren't working correctly. The service was equally terrible. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and they didn't seem interested in resolving any issues. The check-in and check-out process was very slow. The room service was also poor Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It's a waste of money. I stayed with my parents in room 104, while one of my uncles stayed in room 101. We received an amazing service. So much so that it covered up some of the shortcomings of the rooms. Will definitely recommend this property to someone who is visiting Bulandshahar, or has been on a long journey and Bulandshahar is on the route as this property is only 10min drive from the highway.

Everything was worse, ac doesn't work properly food was not available, toilets were dirty. Restaurants or other food stalls were also not available near that place.

Positive: Overall clean and receptionist is very friendly. Negatives: Electricity is a huge problem, geyser fan tv won't work, not even charging points. Kitchen is laid back, so don't expect morning tea before 830 or prompt food later. Room is not clean from inside, no windows either. Carry your own toilet paper if you use one.

The best thing is staff behavior at this hotel. They so nice and supportive I came at night at 10 pm and even at that time they cooked dinner specially for me. One should always try this hotel.
