Hotel Highgarden

Two days ago, I went to Hotel Highgarden with my family, where we ordered South Indian food. Sadly, we had to wait for more than an hour. Then, I met with Mr. Pankaj, but he had no idea what was happening around us. We were truly disappointed that we didn't get what we were expecting.

The quality of food is very delicious and special Dal Makhni is really awesome. Staff behavior is too good specially Manager Mr Ganesh Sharma. All the best

Terrible experience. We had ordered our food and waited for almost 45 mins.. when we asked manager about the same, they actually forgot to convey order to kitchen room. That's not a minor mistake which you can ignore.

The food was really awesome. The quality of ingredients were definitely fantastic. All the spices blending in perfectly which shows the perfectin of chef. The prices are decent. The staff and owner are really sweet and makes the overall experience really premium

I had terrible experience. We ordered food and waited more than half an hour for food. After we enquire the same to manager, hotel staff forgot to convey the order to kitchen room. First impression is your last impression. Neither i'll recommend this place to anyone nor i'll visit this place.

Terrible Experience - Not Recommended for Weddings! This hotel is a complete disaster for family events. The staff only cares about money and will keep bothering you for extra charges, even after everything is decided in advance. They even charge for basic things like a dental kit! During our wedding event, instead of helping, they kept running after us for payments, making everything stressful. The garden may look new, but their service is the worst. If you want a peaceful and well-managed function, stay away from this place!

Excellent staff, vijay bhaiya particularly was quite more humble &polite. He must be promoted. At the same time the food was also delicious!

The moment we entered here, everything is on mark. They serve you tasty food and staff behaviour is really good. Mr. Ranveer treated us the best here. The most humble staff seen so far.
