Worst experience, low grade thinking of owner, they don't deserve good customer, they don't know how to treat customers, guests, no proper hygiene, mostly staff chewing gutkha, took alcohol while on duty which unacceptable and unsafe. No room key provided: Despite repeated requests, I was never given a key to my own room. This caused significant inconvenience and made me feel unsafe. Everyone is alcoholic on workplace. I will never recommend to anyone to book any room or hotel for wedding purpose, totally insecure for family.

Today I visit green india restaurant Restaurant interior too much luxury There is a lot of greenery in the hotel and the cleanliness is also very good And I order snacks n main course, Food was too much testy... Staff was very friendly, neat and clean, good behaviour ..

Beautiful hotel,well decorated,net and clean environment,they have very nice staff

The ground area is big enough and the sitting area main hall is having a good capacity of seating as well the food management is great

Horrible service.Horrible Experience Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. No electricity. During our 2 day stay there was no water and no electricity for most of the time AC's were not functioning. They didn't bother to turn on the backup. You had to keep on requesting for a single cup of bed tea. They don't even deserve a 1 star for their Service. Kindly don't think it as a hotel,it is a third grade lodge.

Best hotel in bulandshehr both managers are very cooperative and it is a very spacious 3000 people served. Must consideration for any wedding couple very pretty wedding hall with big loans with neat and clean rooms special thanks Mr Vishal yadav

It's washrooms are worst but other than this was good

Very bad management & rude behaviour of managers and staff. No service for room , not even tea available , no water in rooms washrooms, AC doesn't work in most of the rooms. DG backup doesn't work for most of the time . I suggest you not book any party here . If google would have the option for negative rating , this motel ( not hotel ) deserves -5 rating
