The hotel offers good food which was a highlight of my stay. The rooms though slightly compact. Ventilation could be improved for better airflow. The clothing provided was OK but could be a bit cleaner. Overall a decent stay with room for some improvements.

Worst service. They don't know how to serve in hospitality industry. Rude behavior of the staff. Better tag them as a outdated and dehati service. Don't visit them. It's waste of time and turning your mood off if you visit this restaurant and motel.

The food quality is top notch. Compared to the best restaurants of NCR, alka motel cuisine has the perfect blend of taste, flavour and presentation. Great service. Keep it up.

The waiters keeps disturbing and asking for tip and that also rudely like they are ordering you to pay tip and whatever you give them they make faces pass bad comments. Food is also of very bad quality, one day eat their food next day get a doctor's appointment for food poisoning. Simple.

I recently visited Alka Hotel, and while the ambiance and food were decent, the service experience left a sour taste. The waiters were insistent and demanding tips, which made the whole experience quite uncomfortable. Tipping should be a voluntary gesture based on the service provided, not something pressured. Such behavior is unprofessional and detracts from what could have been a pleasant visit. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more welcoming environment for future guests." .

Good foods and medium service Wait time very high and not responsible person

I got a chance to visit Alka Motel Cafe while passing from Kanpur to Delhi on my bike. The place is quite neat and clean. Cafe ambiance is good with positive vibes, the staff is also friendly and supportive and listen to provide best service possible.

The motel offers a pleasant environment surrounded by lush green lawns and features spacious, air-conditioned rooms with 3-star facilities.
