Worst... Pathetic experience. Room Number 108 on 29/11/24. On the name of service this Hotel is zero. No Parking. No Security Guard. Park your vehicle Jahan jagah mil jaye type...Carry your luggage by own. When you enter in the Room there is no drinking water. Neither complimentary not paid and when you call at reception and ask to provide water bottle then someone will come with the Bill and a Water Bottle whose MRP is 20 bucks and the bill amount is 32 bucks. 30+2 (Tax) When is asked how can you sale more than MRP then got reply sir ye to uper se hi ha...Sabhi le lete hai. Here the point is not for a complimentary water bottle or 32 bucks but the question is how can a hotel give such pathetic service and how can a hotel play with the law by selling the MRP printed stuff more than MRP that is also with Bill. Room tarrif is like a 5 Star Hotel 4300 bucks for single occupancy/Night but services are like DHABA. Actually the Guy on reception asked me that from where are you coming...I said from Noida and his answer was 4300/Night. When I said last month I stay over here and paid 2800 bucks for single occupancy/Night then he said...ok apke liye last 3500 kar dete hai. It was like you are buying vegetables in a Sabji Mandi. In your Rooms tabs are damaged. Side Tables are hanging.if someone wants to put off the curtain ls then outer view is like Jhopad Patti..All the time full of Concrete and Garbage... Infront of your Guftagu Restaurant. What the hell. Is it a Hotel or what? Pathetic Stay...Last Stay.
