Worst hotel , worst management , pure banya, non professional , waste of money , please use Aditya not Surya, really worst no word to described surya worsens.

Rooms were dusty and too costly as there were no other hotels nearby the station. They accepted it by themselves that they are charging highly due to non availability of other hotels. Rooms were smaller and had no natural light.

I booked this hotel for my daughter's b'day party, arrangements are so so but the food was not ok, salt ratio was high in dal and sabji, which spoiled the mood and my party too....this place is not good for your special occasions......

The named super deluxe room is not at par as the rates mentioned. Gutka rappers found in room even the room is booked in very advance. Cricket chirping noise will spoil your night. Horrible ..useless guys.

One of the best Hotel cum Restaurant of Balrampur city. Location is the biggest plus point of this hotel. A good parking area is also available. Rooms & Washrooms are very clean. Overall it's a very good Hotel / Restaurant of Balrampur city.

Bed sheets and pillow cover was full of alcoholic smell. They was not cleaned and changed. Not satisfied with service also..
