Very dirty service no one to listen, Dirt and dust in room Mosquitoes Old and dirty bed sheets, Bathroom very dirty Toilet seat in bad condition, Stale and unhealthy food, Promised healthy tasty food at the time of booking room but no availability, very worst experience for this stay. Suggested to all please avoid stay here.

I had been looking for a good hotel in Bijnor and my search ended with Hotel Viraj. I had checked numerous hotels in this city as I was planning to spend a week here, and it would not be an understatement to say that this is the best deal one could get here. The hotel is located near the railway station, and being a new construction the rooms are well maintained. Except for the problem of ventilation, I feel it meets all the requirements.

Hotel Viraj is a new and good hotel in Bijnor the staff here is also good but they need to improve something in the hotel like the sheet cover in the washroom was broken and there should be dustbin facility in the washroom, the wifi pass in the room should be on the table first, there should be a comb, tooth kit and shower gel in the washroom, the rest of the rooms were very good and clean
