Hotel Rohit Residency , Bijnor

few months ago, I visited Bijnor for my brother's minor skin grafting surgery. Our plan was to return home the same day, but due to unexpected delays, we had to find a place to stay for the night. We booked this hotel out of necessity, not expecting much--especially given its not-so-ideal location. However, from the moment we arrived, the staff's warmth and helpfulness completely changed our perception. When I informed them that my brother couldn't use an Indian-style toilet due to his surgery, they went out of their way to offer us their personal washroom with an English seat--something they didn't have to do, but did out of sheer kindness. Later that night, I went out to buy a toothbrush, and on my way back, my scooter's tire got punctured. The staff not only helped me find a mechanic but even offered to take my scooter and get it fixed for me. Their generosity and concern went beyond what one would expect from a hotel stay. The most touching moment, however, was when my brother started feeling uneasy at midnight. To our horror, we realized he was leaking blood onto the pristine white bedsheet. We were too embarrassed to even mention it to the staff. The next morning, during checkout, I nervously brought it up and offered to pay 100 for the cleaning. Their response? A warm smile and a simple, "It's okay, we understand." To me, a hotel's greatness isn't defined by star ratings, luxury amenities, or grand infrastructure. It's defined by the people who run it. This hotel, in that moment of challenge, was the best I could have wished for. If you're ever in Bijnor and need a place to stay, choose this one--not just for a room, but for the kindness that comes with it.

The reason for rating this property very good is that, there is nothing better than this in Bijnor. The rooms are big and spacious. The owners try to to give their best and provide linen and towels which are definitely not of very high standards but, are clean and washed. Staff although not trained professionally, is polite and helpful. Room service is good but a little slow. Food served in room is good.The bathroom is small and fittings old. AC is available in some rooms and generator backup is there.

This hotel is perfect for a weekend stay or a single stay as well because the manager is a Pahadi from uttrakhand and you know Pahadis are lovely people. Rooms are big and clean have indoor parking. Have restaurant and a good pahadi staff with a reasonable price Non AC cost 700 and AC cost 1000 but you gonna love the stay
