Dirty bed and room is not cleaned and remains dirty

I reached the hotel with my family at around 5:35 pm. At the reception the manager said he would charge me 900/- per day. We are not sure how long we'd be staying up there as it depends on the competitive exam timings. So, I paid 1800/- for 2 days. As I entered the room, It is a mess the walls are dampen. The bathroom wooden door is jammed and dampen too. Everything looks bad as u can see in pics, but no choice, we stayed. Next day, the exam ended at 3:30pm. So, at 4:30pm me and my family, packed our stuff and ready to leave for our home as early as possible. I tried to talk to the manager for some compensation in return as i paid in full and through UPI. But I didn't get anything back. So, I asked him to atleast I put my checked out timing on the register, but he denied and said we do it ourself, you can leave now. This my whole experience of this hotel, which I booked in emergency.

Nice room for low budget person

You will get a room with AC, but AC works only for two hours. They will tell this after the payment is done. Room full of mosquitoes, ants and lizards as well. TV is also not working. Very poor quality mattress and pillows. Wifi is very far away from the room so you will not get any range in your room. AC will not work at night. No service available even the basic services of water is not available. No one will be there at night on reception. Try not to book this and go for another option. Owner is rude and very unfriendly. Go for another option if you have. Thank you...

Cheap hotel, not hygienic, room not maintain well, but one advantage is near by Bus stand (100 m) and railway station (3 km) & service is nice...
