Horrible experience. Nothing besides the location is good in this property. The staff is slow , lazy, inefficient. The owner does not care one bit about what is happening in his hotel. They charge exorbitant prices for food for the quality they serve. Asked for early morning tea since we had to go for safari, not even once was the tea was served to us on time. We had to open the property gates for the safari gypsy to come in the property. Hard to know how this property is being run

I visited this place on June 8th, attracted by its positive ratings, reviews, and appealing images on Google. However, I was disappointed to find that the place was far from satisfactory, lacking proper facilities and professionalism. Despite the high cost of the rooms (we were charged 3400 per night), the property was poorly maintained. The rooms and bathrooms were unclean, and the bedding provided to us was in a used condition. This condition was consistent across all three rooms that I had booked. Despite being listed as a 3-star hotel on Google, the services provided at this property fall far short of that standard. To begin with, the air conditioning in all three rooms was not functional during our entire stay. The explanation we received from the owner and staff was that their backup generator was incapable of powering the AC units. Furthermore, the quality of the food was extremely poor, and it was served in unclean and improper containers, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please don't be fooled by good pictures and rating.

AC doesn't work in morning hours. It was really hot. The staff kept on saying that someone has gone to bring diesel for the generator but that someone never arrived. Other occupants informed that they told the same story every morning.

We had a great experience. The owner was very helpful right from the planning stage helping us with our planning for the entire trip. At the resort, we were felt welcome by the staff(Ramu and others) and they took great care of us. The resort was very clean, beautiful and peaceful. It is very close to the Kishanpur entrance of Dudhwa National Park and they took care of the safari and arranged the guide as well. The food was amazing and customized with the chef honouring our requests for special meals. All our requests were accommodated and we truly enjoyed our stay here.

DTR Jungle Hideaways is a gem hidden in Dudhwa Tiger zone. The location makes it special as it is surrounded 3 side from agriculture farmland and front is facing Kishanganj zone. We went for early morning Safari and were able to see 3 cubs and a leopard along with many birds. About the resort, rooms are big and clean, food was delicious. We did a bonfire and their chef cooked food for us next to it along with barbecue. Amazing experience, will visit again in this season.

It was an amazing experience staying in this resort. It is very close to Kishanpur Forest range surrounded by the jungle so If you want to feel nature and want to find peace after getting tired of your daily routine, this is the best place to stay. Staff was very polite and co-operative. Food was great. I got the chance to stay here through Mayfair Holidays and buying the membership with them was the best decision I made. Thank you Mayfair and thank you DTR Jungle Hideaways resort for giving me best experience.

One of the best resort in the area.. for office, friends, family.. safe and secure The owner is also very helpful and great person.. The staff there is also good in service the food served was also good the arrangement of safari to jungle was also done by the Management of the hotel... They are having great experience and supportive nature... All the best for Future.....!!!!!!!
