Avalon Palms

I have never visits such a pathetic hotel in my lifetime. Even Staff is nonco-operative & manner less. Writing more words about hotel is wasting of my valuable time. If this review will removed by owner then it's up to them that they don't want to upgrade & update in hospitality.

Worth every penny, in the lowest price they have good room, swimming pool, nice restaurant. The staff is also very helpful and polite. And for the food, it's quite nice but a little pricey considering everything else in agra (better if you include breakfast in your room) let's talk about the downsides - 1) room keys = card keys are secure but i think they were too secure, because everytime we locked the room we had to call at the reception because the door wouldn't open 2) The breakfast = this is just a suggestion, the breakfast starts at 7 and taj mahal opens around 5:30 I think they should start a little early so that you know we could get some energy for all that walking. Overall good hospitality would totally recommend this hotel!

We stayed for just one night at Avalon Palms. Had a minor issue with the room and the reception staff Mr Nazmi quickly changed the room on request and we had a comfy stay due to this. The dinner was delicious and Mr Devendra Kumar looked into everything personally during dinner and breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is great for visiting Taj mahal and Taj view point.

We stayed for one night in Avalon palms . Rooms are bit small , ours has no outside view however they are clean and well maintained . We had ordered biryani and noodles for dinner which were nicely prepared . Location of the hotel is very near to Taj Mahal . Main disappointment was their breakfast which was not at all up to their hotel standard and will rate one star for their breakfast . Overall if you are looking for a one night stay then I definitely recommend this hotel and I hope they improve on their breakfast standard served to their guests .

Overall great experience in the hotel and good location if you plan to visit Taj Mahal. Very friendly and supportive staff. They helped recover a clothing I had left behind by mistake, they coordinated and delivered it since I was leaving Agra the very same day. So I am very grateful to housekeeping incharge Mr.Ramakant. The rooms were very good as well. Highly recommend for great stay and cooperative staff.

Really a wonderful property. We stayed here for one day. Room was neat n clean including bathroom. Food preparation was awesome. The dealing of the manager Mr. Sunil was very humble n polite. Location is ultimate. Thank you.
