HOTEL PRATAP

I recently stayed at Pratap Hotel and I have to say, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Customer service was practically non-existent, and any requests I made were met with eye-rolls and indifference. The bathroom was a nightmare. It was dirty, with stains on the floors and towels that looked like they hadn't been replaced in ages. The shower had poor water pressure and the hot water was more of a dream than a reality. I was extremely uncomfortable and unhappy during my stay. Overall, I would not recommend Pratap Hotel. Poor staff attitude and unacceptable bathroom conditions make for an unpleasant stay. Save your money and look for another place to stay.

great location in Belthara road.... ab tak ka sabse sandar hotel ..room..and decoration . Services.and .everything ..love this hotel

I share my experience with this Pratap hotel Minimum price 1200rs.. Negetive points - All hotel tack a money for 24 hours but this hotel give you only for two hours such a bad things of this hotel .. Unmarried couple only allowed two hour ..and here manager behaviour is so rude ... Staffs are foolish because they knock your door . always for cheak out before two hours .. which was very annoying ! When I say .. that the time is not complete of your two hour ... Then they told me that here are very client and coustomer and waiting ... For room ! Such a bad things Room AC does not work they cut thier electric current .. in this price range other hotel provide you best facilities .. Bathroom tap is not working . If you want to use bathroom their tap is rushed and damage does not work .. ... Dustbin is not clean .. and damge you can not open it without toch the basket . I shre all pictures with you can see all fact Don't stay here !

Very pathetic hotel and worst experience of my life , they have another hotel named as hotel pratap inn located in bithua gali , near bus stand , their staff is very rude and unprofessional, please don't visit them at all , you will definitely gonna regret for that !!
