OYO 23655 Hotel City Palace

To attend my nephew marriage I was at Pratapgarh and our stay arrangement had been made in this particular hotel, first of all location of this hotel is perfect as both bus stand and railway station can be easily approachable and staff are very polite and cooperative.||Regarding property- Though they had maintained as per small city but still they need to focus more on bathroom part.

All rooms have "silan" on walls A.C is in pathetic condition Best 3 are 1. Location 2. Guard on Duty 3. Manager Pandit ji

First of all i booked from oyo but when i reach they told that we don't allow oyo customers. So we decided to book the hotel from counter only but At the time of booking they tell us price but at them of checkout they are telling that we haven't told that price and asking for extra money so, unfortunately we have to give them extra money, They are double standard people. Even geiser were not working nd the light went off whole night. The worst experience ever

Location of the hotel is good, restaurant and food is also good but expensive. Issues are with a/c and room hygiene, during my stay a/c didn't worked at all, hotel staff was not helpful and not well trained, they didn't provide me other room so they I am giving it only two star.

Recently we stay for 2 hour ..main plus point is location..near bus station Cleaniness avarage, bathroom condition not up to mark...

my room was on ground floor very good services in this hotel||my first visit in this hotel was in 2014 from 2014 in this hotel made more amendment and also improve its service now this hotel is nice hotel overall room, service, and all other thing are too good i like and enjoyed the visit

nice improvement since our last visit i saw that here are nice improvement i lastly visited this place in november month so i highly recomonded in this restaurant nice improvement good service i like it

Nice room facilities available, Only problem i faced in ordering Tea, that boy need money double with in that minutes itself
