Alert!!!! Don't book this hotel from OYO or Goibibo...they DON'T ACCEPT such booking. We faced same problem. Asked OYO to transfer the booked property but they didn't listen. "OYO customer service is worst when you need the most." After 4 hrs debating and arguing with customer care we booked offline in same hotel. Room was spacious.. room service was good...we had dinner and it was nice in both quality and quantity.

Not very good system. The prepaid system is bad and it is irritating to go back to billing counter if you want to order something else. This system works pretty well with fast food but not if you are having full course meal

Nice hotel clean hotel , all staff behaviour is good and one staff behaviour is to good and helping nature ( he name in jitendra Tiwari ) and jitendra work is to perfect and clean work, fast work and he also help in off duty and mid night also and food is good taste

Some of the few places in Pratapgarh one can stay. It's somewhat good place to eat as well. Good place to be as in the case of 4 tier cities like Pratapgarh.

Disgusting place. Don't go even if offered for free. Cockroaches, pan stains, unchanged and dirty linen.. horrible experience
